I had an amazing time playing your game, Mojiken! I really can't overstate how hooked I was. I love the style, I love the story, I loved the puzzles. Is this inspired by Katana Zero? *Maybe a spoiler??? Following 3,2,1:** I have to admit that I solved the last thing using chatGPT. I only had a minute remaining in my day when I got the third report, so I quickly entered it in GPT and it solved it.
This was a fun short experience. The puzzles aren't too crazy difficult beyond needing a sheet of paper and some time. Pausing the game DOES stop the timer, which was crucial for copying down some of the clues without so many resets. Nails the time-loop gimmick along with production quality.
MINOR SPOILER
I ended up finding the GitHub for the companion website though, so I found the cipher out of order. In the long run, it didn't ruin the experience though.
Would be cool to see an RPG YouTuber like ManlyBadassHero play this.
Hey I really enjoyed this game and i'm surprised I haven't heard about it more. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling that the game give 10/10. The only complaint I have is that some of the puzzles? were too hard :( I spent like 40 minutes stuck on one part lol. anyways I made a gameplay video on this I hope you can check it out thanks!
I "finished" the game and I'm arrived at the point that all is WORK WORK WORK WORK.
I can't buy that this is the end, apart from the popup message, there are still the CREDITS unresolved and the coffee machine. I don't know, it feels deeper.
@mojiken there is a way to reset the game to try for more, or I've finished it and I'll only lose time?
I totally skipped the clock hint and judging by the other comments it was sheer luck I did it in time.
Anyway, great game, it was really fun and engaging, thanks!
Putting the link to the decoding guide on the second report is pretty devious. It got me bumping against a wall for a while making me smash the codes through hex and base64 and then there's this website that checks the code against all sorts-a different cyphers...
Also the C at the beginning of the reboot code is redundant and misleading. Makes figuring the puzzle out a bit tedious.
Anyways cool game 10/10 !!!!
By the way, I'm reading other comments and they say that if you turn the game on again after finishing it a black screen is supposed to open and a sound but when I try it just deletes the game's executable.
This test was crazy, the way it plays with game mechanics and go beyond to do puzzles similar to an arg felt so fascinating and satisfying.
I do have a thing that made me irritated,
The puzzle for the reboot of the computer is kind of confusing. For reminder a set of letters like c,a,b,d etc.. corresponds to an order to activate a computer. It's hard to guess that the first computer corresponds to a first input. So if u screwed up your last letter on your first try you have to do the order of computers 2 times to get it right because of the 1st letter not being in the cycle. (sorry if I'm not clear)
this is frustrating because of the time limit.
Anyway it still is a game I loved and recommand even though it demands a lot of dedication.
Fun experiance! The puzzles were really fun! I felt really smart for solving a bunch of them. The art and the atmosphere are really well done, and even the way the itch page is written/designed helps draw you into the world.
-- Spoilers --
I got through everything relatively smoothly until I got the third report. Had to watch a guide to figure out what the solution to that was. I might have been able to solve the final puzzle but the "clock" hint was a little too cryptic for me personally. Maybe if the lobby clock was in base 10 it would have been easy to notice that your clock was wrong which is clearly a hint, but the reason to the time difference wouldn't be obvious at first.
Need more breaking 4th wall🏃 i wish breaking 4th wall get more upgrade and look good.
I played it with a friend while sharing information with a friend.
The mystery part was quite difficult and the glitch factor was a bit scary but very enjoyable!
The pixel art of the houses, trains, and workplaces is great, and the sound effects and special effects that complement it are good and add to the atmosphere of the game.
Really fun game! Unfortunately, it took me 3 days to figure out how to finish this game. I managed to beat it except for finishing one clue. Check timestamps for help.
Great game as usual, Mojiken. The puzzle are great. They remind me of an ARG. Personally, I didn't like the character movement, especially at the server room. But overall, It's a great game.
just finished the game (or at least i think so, i kinda believe that the test is not over) If there's one complain it would be that C at server sequence. it only throw me off once, but would be much better without it. other also already pointed it out, so..
im also still wondering about the coffee, the credit, and a couple random number that maybe will lead somewhere. but anyway great game. love your stuff mojiken. keep it up
Well I finished it. But I'm wondering how to reset your data. I would like to replay it from scratch eventually. I even tried deleting the file and re-downloading the game. But it remembers. Reminds me of another Undertale situation. Got any advice? Thanks
Update: Okay my sister and I searched far and wide for these save files. Every time we thought we had a lead it would be a dead end. We deleted BIN files, TOC files, APP DATA, edited player information in the Mojiken Studios file. We even looked for common save data files such as . GAM,. SAV, . ROM. Nothing would give this game a fresh restart. My best advice to you is to make a new account on your computer and download the game. Or play it on a different computer. If you want to replay the game. Otherwise you'll be stuck forever with Work, Work, Work, Work and typing noises. Hopes this helps anyone else.
Wow! This game is absolutely awesome, loved all the ARG and decryption puzzles in there, and the game loop was insanely well designed. Was this inspired by stuff like Steins;Gate and Outer Wilds perhaps? I can see some similarities to both. I am very excited to see what comes next!
One bug I found: Whenever you access the pause menu, the background is still interactable. If you interact with things in the background while paused and press continue, the interaction is lost. It is only possible to bring it back by again pausing and interacting with the background, when you continue it will allow interaction again. This almost made me fail at 11:59
I've just finished the demo. I really love this idea and I think it'll be a great and unique game :)
However, there are some parts that annoyed me during the gameplay. Writing out the text this way just seems too... basic for me. Maybe it's the non-pixelic font style when the game itself is in a pixel art style. I'd change the font type and also position it somewhere else - or put a background behind the text, like in RenPy-based visual novels. Also, I'd say the voice is a bit too deep for the main character, it didn't fit the main character (for me at least).
Other than these, it's gonna be an amazing game :) Thank you for giving us the opportunity to test it <3
This game honestly great, but not proper for my slow brain lmao.Even tho I already read many clues from people here, I still cant finish the game :") But, kudos for Mojiken, ur game awesome~
This was awesome. I honestly couldn't figure out the final question, but I guessed correctly after a couple tries lol. Besides that, every other puzzle was very fun.
-SPOILERS- question for people who have completed the game
BTW I was just wondering were there things that were simply there to throw you off but had no actual use to complete the game like the coffee pot or the crossed out 782 on the note or the commercial excerpt webpage? or did someone find out what they were for?
It definitely threw me for a loop a couple times and I did kind of cheat by glancing at other comments when I got stuck but I still feel proud being one of the first 100 (?) people atleast, to complete it.
I love games like this and i'm still surprised to have come across this so early since i've only ever played mobile games before yesterday, I guess I was just lucky.
I'd say my most favourite thing was the elements outside of the game itself so the websites since I loved having the game spread across a different medium. My least favourite thing was the repetition of things that you can't bypass for example not having control over whether you look at the phone right after waking up but I can imagine that that was intentional to emulate the feeling of an office worker having to do the same actions again and again and again.
Overall it was a very fun game and took me almost 3 hours to complete from start to finish including looking for help from outside sources. I'd be very glad to see a sequel or more games like this.
First, I'm quite familiar with this kind of data. There's no mistake, this is a hex-encoded byte, the irl byte-encoding format usually used to represent an encrypted data. Just take a look at some random encrypted data and you'll see this kind of [two-digit + a..f] gibberish.
So I started with several angle of attack : What if I entered this password to that PC as it is? Is this a base64 encoding? What if I change this hex to decimal? What if I change this hex to decimal then convert it back to ascii-encoded string?
All with no success.
This puzzle is so hard that I accidentally decoded the final question by carefully studying the clock.
(Yeah, I thought that I could probably decode the password by using this clock, since, you know, I see some numbers and letters over there).
But in the end, thankfully, LIBRA finally gave me enough clues to move on.
---
But the server sequence is a different kind of challenge.
I mean, some people (me, for example) will start from the letter 'C' since it appeared right after the initial process.
So I spent a tireless night brute-forcing the sequence : top to bottom, bottom to top, top to the 'E' (since the 'server reboot' text somewhat aligns with the 'E' server), bottom to 'E', 'E' to bottom, just 'E'... Running around back and forth around floor 31 - 60 to verify the answer until the inevitable time's embrace claims this poor soul. All with no success.
(well, I found two nice details along the way though. But still, in the end, I'm super stuck)
In the end, I found the answer by.... carefully watching the Twitter X conversations around this game ;_;
My final comment regarding this server-puzzle is.... well, technically, should the initial part count as 'C' even if there is no 'C' character shown just yet? Or is this just a part of the puzzle? I don't know. But it's super hard to me.
Actually, you have to use the computer with the C twice, as the hidden sequence tells you.
First: to even start the input sequence, when no other computer is accessible (even though the C is not yet displayed, it is the same computer)
Second: as the last input of the sequence
Once you relize, the sequence needs the C two times and you can only enter "y" in every computer once, after the very first input, this is actually a very logical solution.
In the first loop, the time always started at 11.50, so just go straight to the boss room and let them kill you. But in the second loop, go straight to rescue the second document, fix the server room, get the third document, and then go to the boss room.
Man, i was get the password, but when i type it on computer, it say "incorrect". Why this happened? I've tried again by changing lowercase and uppercase letters, spaces, and "--" signs, but still "incorrect". Can you guys give tips for me? Sorry my english not good
@Demon291 the thing about quick brown fox is, they include every alphabet in that sentence. That website is not the puzzle, it's a clue for another puzzle

BTW I was just wondering were there things that were simply there to throw you off but had no actual use to complete the game like the coffee pot or the crossed out 782 on the note or the commercial excerpt webpage? or did someone find out what they were for?
782 if you put it on the website, it shows libra
And for the commercial excerpt, which one?
If you put a certain server sequence configuration, the "Commercial excerpt #76694" file will be shown on your PC.
woah what is this? ._. I haven't found it... where?
I accidentally found it while brute-forcing the server sequence. Right now, I even forget about the actual configuration. 😅
I found it too, but IDK how XD
The game staff credits... I'm really curious to crack this code.
[SPOILERS]
This credit screen also still bugs me. As well as the "clock" hint on D3 and the actual clock in the lobby itself.
I know how to crack the credits.
The same way as you crack the Equation. (For example, the Code was made by AHMAD)
How is it AHMAD?? For AHMAD it must be
A10 H17 M22 A10 D13 or
A10 h43 m48 a36 d39.
I can't solve credits. lPs eHlp!
Okay then... that was fun.

It might not be the password for the computer... Or you have not decode the password yet (because the password is given in encrypted text)
You're right, I have not decode the password. Thanks for telling me. But, how to decode the password?
Ummm there's a clue on the website about quick brown fox
(spoilers ahead)
Damn nice diagram ❤️
What I love about the game is it's simple but you really need to think outside the game and solve the mysteries of the game. Thumbs up to the team!
Finally I did it! Damn this game is hard :')
If you're stuck, it's really normal... You could ask me for the clue :3
i got to the web 11251909514 how to solve it now
@Demon291 the thing about quick brown fox is, they include every alphabet in that sentence. That website is not the puzzle, it's a clue for another puzzle
how do you solve the last web puzzle?
By now you should have the clue of "clock"
There's two clock in this game... The one on HUD, and the one in lobby...
Observe the one from the lobby, there's pattern there and it should give you enough clue to solve the last web puzzle
finally, notice it, thank you
I'm not finished the game... but I have a tips for playing this game... The time... is important... and there's only 3 places that you could pass the time... the chair (unlimited), the train (5 min), elevator (1 min)

great game so far,
I managed to get all the files but am still stuck on the last question,
I need to solve the final riddle from the website to get the right answer.Update: finally finished the game.. or is it?
same :')
also slight update, after completing the game and starting over, it only shows a blank screen, is that intentional or a bug?
update also spoiler:
it's intentional with a hidden message by the type of sound
Great game so far! I really really enjoyed it
Haven't finished the game yet though. I think I found a bug while "checking" D2, it won't let me close the document and I'm stuck looking at it. Is this supposed to happen? I'll reset for now OwO)d
